Broken Paint Guarantee We do apologize for the inconvenience we make every effort to package paintballs to avoid breakage. We however do not open cases prior to shipping. If you have received broken paint, please don't panic we will take care of it. Just follow these simple steps to receive replacement paint. This process is for broken paint not quality issues. 1. Fill out a broken paint replacement form request in full, within 5 business days of receipt. 2. Once receiving a confirmation that we have receive your broken paint replacement request. This can take up to 48 business hours. You will be given a confirmation # that you will be able to track your replacement paint with. Once it has shipped you simply can input that in the track feature on the website, https://secure.firstcallpaintball.com/fcp/index.php?main_page=login 3. You must hold on to the paint for a minimum of 10 days, for the shipping company to come inspect the boxes. If you don't hold the paint the claim can be denied, you will not receive replacement paint if the claim is denied. Just be sure to hold the paint for 10 days. 4. After 10 days you can dispose of the paint if the shipping company hasn't contacted you with inspection instructions. We reserve the right to replace or refund money for broken paint. We only cover shipping on replacement paint, no other items maybe included. We can't guarantee the same color of fill or type of paint. However we do make every effort to replace with the same brand and color. If we are unable to replace the same exact paint we will exchange for equal or higher value paint.
